This is the first of what should hopefully be many yearly re-caps where I talk to a brick wall about nothing

Where've I been

Over the summer I got two jobs as a storyboard artist for an animated show pilot and the lead (because I was the only one) artist of a game that never came to be hoping it would be fun, but it ended up clashing with real life as I learned starting in ninth grade is a real pain in the ass. In the end I became unmotivated to do anything because it honestly made me think about the integrity of the things I choose to create, even if I make tons worth of art or music for all I know I could never be discovered and all effort put into the things I make could eventually mean nothing. But going into the new year i've realised what I choose to create should'nt feel like something I need to create and publish to be praised but rather be something I want to do because it makes me happy.

Trip to Prague

In august I went to Prague, wasn't anything special. It was especially irritating to walk around due to some blistering heat. Below is a few travel pics. A fun experience was founding out marijuana is legal in the czech republic and uncovering such things as weed brownies are a thing

Christmas

Christmas was just as interesting as any other day really. A dismal thing about growing up is the fact that birthdays and christmases honestly don't feel fun anymore. But by far the best part was getting a pair of tabla drums which was a massive shocker considering how much they cost. I've already gotten fairly good at using them and I hope to post a few solo performaces at some point.

More or less average but becoming an uncle was by far one of the happiest days of my life. School this year still sucked but was a lot better than last year
